Well I've had a dog for about a year and a half now, though I've never thought of her being the cause of all the acne breakouts I've been having. But overtime it got really bad, and I was wondering if my dog could be the cause of it? Maybe not because I've already had her for so long without any other negative effects on me, but what would you say?

I doubt it, but wash hands after playing with her/him anyway.
We have pets, but no acne.
How oftendo you wash her?
How often do you brush her? [ everyday, I hope! ]

yes it could be a alleergic reaction so yeah i agree wash your hands dogs do care alot of germs, within their skin
