A woman accused of stabbing a Border Patrol agent in the leg is in custody Tuesday, 10News reported.
The agent was taken to Grossmont Hospital, according to Border Patrol officials.
The agent was stabbed in the thigh while attempting to stop a suspected drug runner Tuesday in Campo, according to Border Patrol officials. The driver of the vehicle ran away, but the female passenger stabbed the agent as he tried to arrest her, officials said.
The agent's injuries are not life-threatening, officials said.

She will probably seek a pardon and be on her way to hiding out in our country at a job a US citizen needs. I wonder if she is also carrying someone else's social security number and other false documentation? Maybe another anchor baby will be on the way soon too.
Isn't this the way our law works today?
Who is protecting our law enforcement officials? Are they just supposed to stand there and let illegals try to kill them without defending themselves?
What is Chertoff doing about this? He's supposed to be in charge. Who is he protecting?

just what one would suspect.....mexicans aren't hre for jobs, they are nothing but a bunch of criminals bringing illegals and drugs into this country. Time to put a stop to it now, increase the penalties, to life in prison or even death.
