Is it normal to have back pain from a new mattress?

I just bought a brand new Aireloom mattress for $1,500, I hvae slept in it for 2 nights and my back is KILLING me, is this normal with new mattresses? I got this one because my OLD one was giving me pain...

yes, you can have back pain on a new mattress. Sometimes it takes your body time to adjust to the different support of the mattress. If it continues I suggest you buy eggcrate foam and place it on top of the mattress. This will help relieve pressure points on your body.
