A friendship doesn't become good. It takes work. And you can't just forget. You have to supplant it with another thought. Why don't you describe the problem in family and relationships and maybe we can help you. Prayer is fine, but action is better.

Friends are very important in life and there is nothing that we cannot take to God in prayer. I will be glad to pray for you...that you will have the wisdom to know how to be a good friend and will have happiness.

I hope that God works out your problems the way you want. Sometimes however he moves in mysterious ways and does not always give you what you want. However I did say a prayer for you on your behalf. God Bless you and keep you!

There is a scripture in Jeremiah that comes to mind "seperate the precious from the vile" and let them return to you, not you to them. I'll pray but don't tell anyone (smiles)
You do realize I got my account deleted over that very thing. Maybe people will be gracious today and let it slide. :)

John 15:9-14 I love you just as the Father loves me; remain in my love. If you obey my commands, you will remain in my love, just as I have obeyed my Father's commands and remain in his love. "I have told you this so that my joy may be in you and that your joy may be complete. My commandment is this: love one another, just as I love you. The greatest love you can have for your friends is to give your life for them. And you are my friends if you do what I command you.

Romans 12:9-10 Love must be completely sincere. Hate what is evil, hold on to what is good. Love one another warmly as Christians, and be eager to show respect for one another.

Galatians 5:13-16 As for you, my friends, you were called to be free. But do not let this freedom become an excuse for letting your physical desires control you. Instead, let love make you serve one another. For the whole Law is summed up in one commandment: "Love your neighbor as you love yourself."
But if you act like wild animals, hurting and harming each other, then watch out, or you will completely destroy one another. What I say is this: let the Spirit direct your lives, and you will not satisfy the desires of the human nature.

Galatians 5:22-26 But the Spirit produces love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, humility, and self-control. There is no law against such things as these. And those who belong to Christ Jesus have put to death their human nature with all its passions and desires. The Spirit has given us life; he must also control our lives. We must not be proud or irritate one another or be jealous of one another.

Father God - open the eyes of these two friends and give them a vision of Your will for thier lives and relationship. Help these dear children put You ahead of their own desires. Help them to take on a servant's heart toward one another. Lead and guide them in the path you would have for their friendship. In Jesus' name. Amen.

Peace.

If there was a man who was all-knowing, all-wise and all-powerful and you asked him for something, if he said no, he would have a reason. If the man was all-wise he would no why you don't need/deserve what you are asking for. So why would he give it to you if many people asked for it? If he was all-knowing he would know why you don't need it right? so why ask other people to ask for it?

Good advice is better than prayer, so here's some good advice...

If you want to have good friends, be a good friend. Your social circle is a manifestation of your personality and choices.
