No worries! First. Don't use a scale. You know that muscle weighs more than fat...so look at the mirror.
And...I'll save the exercize lecture... Try this. Every few days, lower the number of calories you take in.
How this works is this: If you eat the same ammount of claories every day, your body is used to burning that many. So when you suddenly eat less calories, your body takes time to adjust; so for a few days, it will continue to burn the old ammount that you used to eat (thus after the calories are gone, it'll burn fat). After a few days (or a week is better), do it again: eat a little less calories. (take small steps!)
I did this and lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks. :) It's great! But remember... DO NOT GO OVERBOARD! You have to even out at some point...its all about getting a good eating habbit. Don't start eating a few calories a day immediately. Go gradual! You'll loose more weight that way.

Well, the problem must be around your stomach area. Just do crunches BELIEVE ME in a week you can drop up to 2 inches if you do like atleast 50-100 crunches everyday. It can be half in the morning and the other half at night. Drink lots of water, it fastens your metabolism! It can take some time, maybe 1-2months you can lose 5-10lbs and a couple of inches off your waist. It will stay off if you are active and keep drinking water. Losing and keeping off the weight takes some time! Please don't starve yourself, it makes it worse to fit into your jeans.. You won't eat for a week and then when you do eat.. you'd eat like 3 times more than you would have that week you didn't eat..lol

All you have to do is lay off the junk food like, soda, chips, candy, burgers, hotdogs, and anything with a lot of salt or sugar. Eat Fruits, Veggies, Plenty of water, fat/sugar free juice, and nuts or crackers. With some 30 minute exercise daily.

start walking eating heathier running excersising . sit up lots stay away from sweets and greasy food , frozen foods chips , and fast food. CUT DOWN PORTIONS BIG TIME!!!!! I lost five pounds in a week from just eating less!!!

go on Jenny Craig it worked for me you can eat anything u want and still lose weight but also eat fruits veggies healthy stuff no soda

when i was wrestling i just stopped eating and worked my *** off in practice, spit and wrapped myself in plastic bags. most i ever lost was 4.2 Lbs in a day. ask your local wrestlers about other creative ways.
