My fave isn't technically champagne, it's sparkling wine. Martini and Rossi's Asti Spumanti! Yummmmmmm!

technically it is not champagne unless it comes from france-so, american sparkling wines are very good, I live in wine country, love almond champagne fom willson creek-because it tastes good, so the best for you is what tastes best to you
