Language barriers can pose quite the problem. She may be wanting you to come over and do something else, and said sex on accident, if she doesn't know/understand English very well.
The best thing to do is to go see her with low expectations. If she really wants to sleep with you, you'll know as soon as you get there.

WHAT!!!!!, if she ask you over for sex obviously you understand what she's talking about. If there's a "language barrier " as you put it, use a lot of hand gestures, you'll both understand.

In Spain, going to a woman's house for sex is quite different than it is in the States. This Spanish woman either needs you to kill a mouse, change the oil in her car, or toss her salad. It's going to be a gamble pal. Good Luck!
