I used to wrk with this guy,we never used to talk-al he ever did was to stare @me & it went on for mnths up until i changed departments,i dnt see him that often but if i do,he stil stares,i liked him,but becoz hes so slow,hes starting to annoy me,even his friend looks at me why?

You might want to clarify what you mean by "hes so slow." It seems like the only way to find out why he and his friend stare at you is to ask them. Then you can evaluate if he has a problem with you or if he's weird, or if there is some other explanation. Also, regardless of why he stares at you, it sounds like you feel uncomfortable when it happens. The first thing you can do is to let him know, in a non-confrontational way, that you feel uncomfortable when someone looks at you a lot and/or for long periods of time and without saying anything, i.e. HELLO, HOW ARE YOU?, etc. Then, tell him specifically what you want. "I would really appreciate it if when you see me, you [fill in the blank].

He probably likes you and his mate looks at you because maybe he talks about you to his mate or something.. why not take it to the next level flirt abit see if he responds that way you can actually find out if he does like you and sort give him the green signal if he does like you that your interested so he'l feel more confident and comfortable to make a move.. i knoww it's annoying that girls are always having to help boys out...

Of course he has fancied you for ages could not ask you out because he works at the same place and he has told his friends he likes you so they look you over and tell him to go for it. Oh yes and he's a scaredy cat!

Maybe it's part of his 'slowness' that he is able to focus on one thing so well... (ie: staring)... or maybe he's just thinking how much he'd like to have your fashion sense.

He probably thinks that you are hot, but you are unattainable (out of his league). Or maybe he has no idea of how to ask a girl out. So he just stares at what he cannot have.
Or maybe he is just weird.
