The stitch may have gotten a little infected.

Neosporin would have done it but he will give you oral antibiotics.

Normally, 1 pulled stitch is no real problem. It looks like this one got infected though. It is good that you are going to the vet. Most likely they will open it up a little bit and lavage the abcess with an antibacterial wash. They may have to place a drain in it and send the dog home on antibiotics.
If your dog becomes lethargic, will not eat or drink, develops a temperature (normal is around 100-101d. F) shows signs of swelling to the area and it is hard, and warm/ hot. you need to take her to emergency.

**edit**
If the draininage is clear, then there is not too much to be worried about. But do keep the appt. It should be pretty close to healed by now.

Since you also see, tp be overly worried about her wt. here is a fast and dirty way to guage proper wt.
Run your fingers across her ribs.
Make a fist.
Rub your fingers across the flat area on the back of your hand.
if this is what your dog's rib cage feels like, they are too fat.
Rub your fingers across the flat area formed between your knuckle and first joint. If this is what your dog's ribcage feels like, they are just about right.
Rub your finger across the ridge formed by the second knuckle. If this is what the ribs feel like the dog is too skinny.
This is only a guide though.

No big worry. It is exudate, and it is made up of serous fluid and white blood cells, a normal body response. There could be a little topical infection at the site but likely nothing serious. Take comfort that you are seeing the vet tomorrow and he can examine the site personally and put your mind at ease. If there is a problem (which I don't think there is) he will know it right away.

As long as the wound doesn't have a foul odor or the oozing doesn't turn to a yellow/greenish tint, you should be safe to wait until your appointment tomorrow. Just be sure to check his temperature, etc if he starts to show signs of distress or if he starts to act like he is not feeling well. Most dogs do end up pulling at least one of their own stitches out:)
Good luck!

Might have gotten infected. May be nothing. Good that you have an appt. though. Sorry I couldn't help more. Is your dog acting normal? If so, I wouldn't worry too terribly much.
Good Luck

It is normal to see a bump. But the white discharge is concerning. Definitely keep your appt tomm and make sure he knows about it even if the discharge is already gone.

I wouldn't worry about the white stuff- probably just an infection the vet will fix. While you're there though you should probably talk to him about how fat your dog is getting. It is REALLY disgusting that you have let her get so fat- I bet you have to push all her rolls into your purse now.

Seriously the infection is easily fixed but your dog's obesity is a major concern to me.

If only you hadn't gotten her spayed this all could have been avoided.

Most likely infection has set in. If you have an appointment for your vet tomorrow, your dog should be ok. good luck.

The vet should clean it and may even put a stitch, but make sure he doesn't leave you without a cure.
good luck
