Not quite. The acceptable weight range for 5ft6 is 115lb-155lb, but if you are larger framed or muscular, you may even weigh more than this and still be healthy.

Yes, start eating salad, stop drinking sodas w/ sugar.
I'm 5' 5" and anytime I get above 130, it's back to the lettuce & tomato for me. At 150, it's just a hop , skip & jump away from 200. And when you get there, it's almost impossible to lose it. Plus then, there are all those folks who fear fat people because they are afraid it could happen to them.
So might I suggest that you go on a super low carb diet and drop those pounds before it's too late.

only slightly maybe twenty pounds 130 would be perfect 4 u but you look good in jeans and probably have guy attention anyway your weight is not that bad

118-155 and thats with your BMI 19-25 whatever you feel comfee with.
