It should be both. Give and take relationship. Sometimes u be the captain other times he should be in charge.

The husband is the captain(leaders), as he was chosen to do. That has been the problem for women to accept. They were chosen to be skippers(helpmates), not equal. There's an imbalance when wives want to call the shots. That's why when women's liberation started in the 60's, the divorced rate increased to 50% today. Women should know their place before the institution of marriage will be absolute.
