Since the Bible tells us that God knows the end from the beginning I think it's safe to say that he knew us before we were born and knows when we will die.

It helps to remember that God is not within the limits of time and space, as we are. He views the future as easily as we view the our feet.

And this goes a long way toward explaining how God can know my future and yet i still have free will. The future is not fixed, from MY point of view, but the end is as much part of it as the opening theme, and God is just watching the movie. Philosophy explained it to Boethius using a chicken. The chicken crosses the road. You see the chicken cross the road. Did Your seeing it MAKE it happen? No, the chicken made that decision.

No one dies before it is time.

Yes. See Jeremiah 1.

not only does he know about us before we are born and when we are going to die - He has a plan for us in between time as well.

Yes, I do believe it's true. He knows the beginning and the end of everything. Now try this: assume you'll live to, oh, age 85. Subtract your current age from 85. Calculate how many potential days you have left on earth. Doesn't leave you much time for doing what needs to be done to be pleasing to God, does it? May He bless you, and those with hardened hearts.

Of course.

[ 58:7] Do you not realize that GOD knows everything in the heavens
and everything on earth? No three people can conspire secretly without
Him being their fourth, nor five without Him being the sixth, nor less than
that, nor more, without Him being there with them wherever they may be.
Then, on the Day of Resurrection, He will inform them of everything they
had done. GOD is fully aware of all things.

2:255] GOD: there is no other god besides Him, the Living,
the Eternal. Never a moment of unawareness or slumber overtakes Him.
To Him belongs everything in the heavens and everything on earth. Who
could intercede with Him, except in accordance with His will? He knows
their past, and their future. No one attains any knowledge, except as He
wills. His dominion encompasses the heavens and the earth, and ruling
them never burdens Him. He is the Most High, the Great.

"With Him (God) are the keys to all secrets; none knows them except He. He knows everything on land and in the sea. Not a leaf falls without His knowledge. Nor is there a grain in the depths of the soil. Nor is there anything wet or dry, that is not recorded in a profound record.

Yes.

To comment on some of the other answers. Whatever your presumption is on the existence of God, one thing is certain you have Faith in something; be it in your own limited understanding of the matter which stems from cynicism, pride, anger, pain and/or vain ego; or in your limited understanding of the matter which stems from hope, trust, experience and most of all love. my Faith is in the latter.

Yes. The fact that God knew us before we were born is just one of the many arguements against abortion when you think about it.
