When the one time I tried to make a call to him, the automation told me my call was important to him and it would be at least 6 hours wait time before my call could be handled by one of his representatives (angels).

yes god has an answer fr every prayer.the belief is more important than the desire fr god to answer yr prayer.god is not yr next door used car salesman. He is not into things like so many days of prayer equals so many hours of benifits.
if he was then he could be a ceo.god is within u.he comes from within.understand that there is no order of wants or desires.they come and go.belief is permanent.

Since God knows what you are going to ask before you ask it I believe prayer is more for the purpose of developing a relationship with Him. I also believe he answers them in order. With the following possibilities: "Yes." "No." and "Not now." Perhaps the prayers you feel were never answered were simply answered with a "not now." It is foolish to believe God is only answering when he says "yes."
He is not the lottery, asking for money over and over, rather than working hard to earn it is rather silly. Go make yourself useful, and pray for the things that matter and are on your heart.

No.
I prayed to be married to a good man since I was 12, it didn't happen until maybe 11 years later.
When I was 12 I prayed to find out if the church I was baptized in was true, it took 3 years to get my answer.
I prayed to find my lost house keys, when I was 11, I found them a half hour later when I backtracked to school.
I guess it depends on what you pray for.
But, if my prayers were answered at different times with a difference from years to minutes...
Then I think God would answer questions at different times and not in order.

I have no idea, but I'm going to take this opportunity to talk about my childish idea about this (from when I was around 5 years old).
I told my Mom one evening, just after saying my bedtime prayers, that God had angels manning a switchboard in heaven, and THEY were the ones who actually listened to prayers, and then they wrote out "While You Were Out" type memos to let God know who had prayed, and about what.
And then God read them and sorted them into piles to be handled different ways.
*******
It doesn't answer your question, but what the heck.
I was an awfully cute kid.

Can you fathom as many as several billion prayers being received simultaneously? Some as many as 5 times a day? At same time he knows what everyone one on the planet is doing(A few billion more). Well, who knows, maybe he puts everything in alphabetical order.

To answer your first question, I think the answer is yes. However, they all are backed up at the moment and have been for decades. If one ever gets answered I will have a better answer.
