Heres the story: Theres this girl that I work with, I have really liked her for a while but I never really talked to her. When I found her profile on a social networking site called nexopia a few months ago, I decided to talk to her so we start talking on MSN and whatever. We would get along but I never really had the courage to talk to her at work and rarely we would talk but we would still talk on msn. Then one day she deletes me off her friends list and removes herself off mine on Nexopia and Myspace and blocks me and apparently she blocked me on msn too. Im worried, could she hate me or could I have wierded her out or something?or is it possible maybe shes upset that I dont talk to her in person???Please help!!!
Keep in mind Im blocked an ignored too so shes pretty much shunning me
And yes she knows shes talking to me on msn.

I don't think she HATES you. She wouldn't have any reasons for that. Nobody hates another person just because of silly things like this. I think she definetely got disappointed.Usually girls like to meet the guys in person, it's so frustrating and irritating when someone is beating around the bush and doesn't show interest on facing each other in person.
At this point you need to either ask her out or just wait and see what happens. If you get ignored again, just let it go.

I hate to break it to you, but yes, she pretty much hate you. Though maybe hate isn't the word...maybe annoyed by you. I think maybe it's because you talk online so much and not in person. Then again, if she blocked you from all contact of her I think she pretty made it clear she doesn't want anything to do with you, so yeah I would just move on and forget about her. The only real way to know is to try and talk to her in person. And if she blows you off you'll have an answer. Just ask her how shes doing and all that and she'll add you once you two start talking in person. I have to admit that I'd be weirded out if a guy talked to me on the net and not in person.

It is really difficult to say why she did what she did without first knowing the nature of your conversations wiith her on MSN. If the conversations were friendly, could it be that she felt that you fancied her and she didn't feel the same way? Maybe she decided to block you before you got really hurt.

maybe she felt the absence of courage in your character ...
why didn't you talk to her ? i really so confused about that ...
you said that both of you rarely talk to each other at work ... but you talk to her by MSN or whatever ...
why didn't you take one of these chances to invite her to dinner or drink or even walking after work ?
i think that you should get out of the plate and show her another copy of a man ... OK ?

Maybe she just wants to be friends and something made her think that you want more. That made her uncomfortable, so she blocked you. Just act normal at work and don't really act too interested or hurt. That way she understands that you're not out to stalk her. Then she might think that you just wanted to be friends and be cool with you again.

the best thing to do...is just talk to her in work...its not that hard just start off with a normal converstation about anything.....act like your talking on msn or whatever the thing way you talked to her on...and if things are going well in your conversation then ask her to go out to dinner or somewhere u know

She is annoyed but you should approach her at work and talk to her inperson, thats the best solution cause we all commuincate through techology rather than face to face anymore. Just ask her whats up and maybe she will tell you, if not, then i would suggest moving on buddy and let it go

I don't believe anyone can hate you unless they loved you first. She might have met someone and simply does Not want to lead you in the wrong direction. If this keeps bothering you, find the courage to ask whats up.

Either ask her upfront what the problem is or drop it. Seems kind of petty for an adult to block/delete/ignore you. She's probably not worth the trouble.
