Leprosy is a skin disease that can kill you, but it's rare in the US. Lupus is a common autoimmune disorder that affects the skin and it can kill you.

Acne, eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis, follicularitis will not kill you.

goodness, just what do you think of as "ordinary"? no skin disease process is "ordinary" it is disease. Skin cancers can kill, leprosy can kill...the list goes on and on, you want complete information, I suggest you do the work and google for the information you seek.
