I am thinking that you are referring to her astrological side. I'm a scorpio woman, and under that anger is a very emotional person - that's why we need that protective armour. Pull out all the stops. Flowers, candles, and don't let her even know something special is going on. The more you go into the details, the more she will know how truly special she is to you. Make sure you have a ring. A lot of men propose without one, but get the ring, and in her size if you can. You might be able to take another of her rings which she wears on that finger. Anger is a habit indicative of power and control issues, which is quite the opposite of love. Unless you want to be the recipient of anger, I'd advise waiting until the anger turns to love. Once your scorpion sees you through the eyes of love, all will be well in Paradise.
