Would you allow a pair of indoor only shoes then (not slippers)?

Yes. There is nothing wrong with it provided they don't hurt his feet and they are comfortable.

It's really your decision. They are your panties and as long as you feel comfortable knowing he's worn them, then it's fine. However, it also depends on your sizes. If you two are about the same size, this will be good judging what size he'll need. But keep in mind that he'll need a bigger size because he has extra parts. You could both go and buy some cheap panties in the size you think he needs, and have him try those on if you don't want him to wear your underwear.

We all like to go barefoot at our house, but if my child was comfortable and wanted to wear his shoes I can't imagine why you would make him go barefoot.

Sure if I was not one of those people that has a rule that no shoes can be worn in the house.

Our kids have to take their shoes off when they are in the house. I feel like it is better for their feet to get a break :)

There are times my son (18 months) will ask me to put his shoes on...but generally that's because he wants to go out somewhere :)

Yes, as long as he wasn't wearing socks to bed. His feet need some air at some point. Let him wear them!! ;)

Sure, as long as they weren't making a mess for someone else to clean up.

Yes, as long as there wasn't any mud or anything on them. But if it were me, I would gradually break him from that habit.
