if its freshly pressed drink it up right away. carrots have a quite a bit of sugar (fructose) in them and...well you have seen what happens with fruit once you peel them.

A horror story. My wife and I purchased a commercial juicer.
Whatever you put into it came out juice. The point is we really got into health foods. We bought fresh organic carrots and drank the juice fresh. Then we saw a recipe to add spinach to the carrots. Man was that good. We thought if a little is this healthy, double that would be better. WRONG. My wife developed vitamin "A" poisoning and of course our skin
in was bright orange. It took 30 days for her to detox. Know all the vitamins you are taking. What stores and what does not. All "living" health food should be eaten fresh or it begins to lose.

The longer the juice is exposed to air the more it will oxidize and lose nutritional value. You can cover and refrigerate it to slow the process, but if you want maximum nutritional value, drink it as soon as possible.

Everyone has their own opinion.I hear mostly it should be consumed within an hour of juicing them............besides it taste better too when fresh.
