The answer is self-evident. You will NOT achieve your goals if you keep procrastinating. by definition, procrastination involves putting off doing what you must do to reach your goals.
My advice -- stop smoking pot and drinking alcohol. You will find that you are less distracted.

My opinion is "dont worry about anything",. It only shows a lack of faith in destiny. If a "goal" is meant to be attained, you will probably be nagged within, to the point that the pain will make you do something about it.
Otherwise, maybe it wasnt a goal at all, but a dream. Dont ever feel that being distracted is a bad thing. Distraction means that you are actually "being" in the moment....most people are never there.

You can't achieve your goal if you continue to procrastinate. Practice "doing" whatever it is you need to do. Practice makes perfect plus it takes 30 days to break a habit (or form one). Good luck!

-When you wake up, put a plastic chair in the shower. Sit on that facing away from the water and drink something colder than the water hitting your back. I know it sounds weird, but trust me. -Herbal supplements maybe? Honestly I don't think there's anything wrong with wearing sweats. It makes girls look more realistic and less like a neat freak barbie doll anyways. -Slow Cow anti-energy drink is good for that. -Put a firewall on your computer and give one of your friends your car keys. -Buy a stair climber/elliptical/treadmill. They're cheap on craigslist. -Idk, babe. Good luck with that one. -I think there's a way you can set your power to go off at a certain time. Even if it comes back on you'll know you need to go to bed and be too irritated to resume whatever you were doing. -Realize how much you're paying and how much money you're wasting if you skip and do something with friends afterwards. If you have to meet them in class to hang out you'll not want to skip. -Tell your boss to shove off and stop giving you so many days because you need to focus on school. -Set three alarms, each one 30 minutes before the next one and the last one is when you need to wake up. You won't have as much trouble being on time and half the time you'll just skip the last alarm and get up 15 minutes early. -Throw away all the crap you don't need.

I would suggest to establish some kind of plan and focus on the success of what you want to achieve! FOCUS ON THE RESULT... Success!!! And do not let anything distract you from that! If you want it enough, you will achieve your goal. Remember; Be willing and persevere! You will be a winner!

I would say your goal is not all that important to you if you procrastinate over it. When I set a goal, it is something I am willing to die for, it would never occur to me to procrastinate over it, I need to put all my energies into attaining the goal that I want so badly. So you may want to re-evaluate what is truly important to you and why you set the goals you do.
