Is he altered?? Neutering him can curb his marking habits.

One problem you may not realize is that no matter how much training you do now, you must clean/sanitize the areas he marked. (If he continues to smell it.... or if another dog comes over... it will be marked again...and again...).

Proper 'potty' training is required. Outside only, and by your order only. Yes, you need to tell him when to go.

It is a dog.. it must be told what to do.

Crate Training, is probably the best

yorkies are very hard to housetrain . If you neutered him it would be easier . they dont mark their territory if they are neutered. good luck .

Go toPetco, Petsmart or your nearest pet store and get a belly band and put it on him. Leave it on him. He will Pee on himself and Eventually stop. Hopefully.
