i have a 2006 ford f150 with a 4.2 v6 how can i get more power without doing a lot of engine work?

Headers and catback system would be a good start, plus sound good : )

I'll go with SVOMAN. The cold air intake and the exhaust system, after that things start getting a little more expensive. The intake and exhaust isn't cheap either.

Lower gears in the rearend like 4.10's is the best way to get more power to the ground. Also, a programmer like the Diablosport Predator will help as well.
