Old Bay, Lemon Pepper, or Rosemary

I'm not John O, and this isn't a Religion and Spirituality question, but I'll answer. Try using "Old Bay" seasoning. It's awesome.

I don't know about what John uses,
but when I make "fried fish" all I put
on it is salt & pepper....I just don't
want to mess up the flavor...and I
fry it in olive oil...good luck...
and Old Bay is good too.

Don't fry it, grill it, wrap it in foil with some butter and lemon and maybe some cajun spices and you'll be fat and happy.
