It looks like a spot that wants bursting but I know from experience that if it is a coldsore and you try to burst it you will only make it spread more.

a coldsore is a type of herpes and it hurts relay bad so touch it an if it hurts really bad don't pop it and if it isn't that painful u can probably pop it but either way you are not supposed to mess either of them its better just to let it go away by its self

well youve answered your own Q there! Coldsores are tingly and a bit itchy and made up of a cluster of small lumps where a spots just one single one not itchy or anything x

it dying fr you to do it
a cold sore is a hrpes virus which remains dormant after chicken pox and comes out when activated when stressed
it occurs around the lips and can grwo enormous
it feels tingly very different from a spot that just feels like a build up of pressure
zovirax it now~ go now to the pharmacist
and no kisssing anyone one thway as thats how its preads
or sharing drinks or pens or anything thats been near yopur mouth

Hi you dont want to pop it or mess with it a cold sore will bleed a spot could be a spider bite or an infection if it gets worse go to the Doctor and if your not feeling good you need to go right away.have a good day!
