You aren't drinkin' enough water my dear. Before you work-out drink at least a full glass of water.. then continue hydrating youself throughout.

Working out causes muscles to become inflamed because you're breaking through the muscle tissue. Once these tissues regenerate, you'll have stronger muscles and they'll go back to feeling normal.

water retention - you work out, sweat and your body retains water. Its normal. Try drinking more water.
