I had the same idea and then it comes out - somebody did invent them and they are on the market.
I sweat a lot also and mostly its because of anxiety. What i do is wear mostly dark clothes or something that will not show sweat stains like a bright shirt and a jacket on top of it.

You have to first understand why you're sweating so much.

Is it natural perspiration or is it b/c you're nervous constantly?

Maybe being nervous about sweating is what's causing you to sweat?

Our bodies sweat as a natural response to a rise in body temperature.

It's a cooling mechanism.

If you didn't sweat you would overheat.

I highly suggest against covering your pits or trying to block up major sweating areas. You'll still sweat, probably more so, and will probably notice a bacteria build up (bumps and what not) if you try it.

Just where loose clothes, focus on something that doesn't make you so nervous (ease up), and accept sweating as a natural part of your body.

Good luck.

there's nothing topical that can help you here. however if you have the extra cash see a plastic surgeon who can do a botox injection in your armpits which will stop you from sweating so much but only lasts for a couple months.
