i suggest soft.

this is why : i wore hard lenses for 10 years..from age 13 to 23. and all of a sudden i developed a eye condition called GPC or something, which causes bumps on the inside of the eye because the body is trying to "get rid" of the foreign object which is the contacts!!!! so i couldn't wear contacts anymore, had to switch to glasses. my eyes are So bad, so my glasses are very thick and unattractive ;(.

i finally started wearing soft contacts when i had to be a bridesmaid for a wedding, and now i don't have those problems. altho i don't wear them everyday cuz my eyes get irritated easily :(

good luck

soft.

my optician said they only take a week or two to get proply used too, whereas hard lenses take almost a month and arent as comfortable.

i also heard that as hard ones arent as flexible they fall out alot easier thn soft ones. my optician even said that a friend of hers had a hard lens blown out by a strong wind.

ive got soft lenses and there so comfortable.

oh and btw for the first week your lenses may make your eyes feel really tired at times, so try not to be doing anything to strenious that week . but after that their great :]

I recommend soft, but my friend wears hard overnight corrective contacts, so if you want to improve your eyesight and not wear contacts during the day, she recommends it!

If you can get used to them, hard lenses are better. They provide clearer vision. However, they are very uncomfortable and I never could get used to the pair I got.
