They seem to have lost them between them &my previous Dr's surgery. I have def had immunisations but now I have no idea of which ones so therefore no idea what I'm imune to. Can I take them to court & would I win. I can't believe half of my notes have gone missing!

If your medical notes have gone missing try contacting your previous drs and see if their have records, if note and their are missing contact your local health authorities complaints department and ask for advice.

Your school should have copies of all of your immunizations.
