The word christian means christ like and I believe the many of a christian is a person who has realized they are a sinner (for all have sinned and come short of the glory of God) and ask for forgiveness and accepted gensis christ as their saviour who then goes out and begins to strive not to sin admits when they make a mistake ask for forgiveness fromt he one htey did wrong too and of God. They then go out and lovenly and honestly witness to those around them..They are willing to discuss and stand up for what they believe and do so without being pushy or taking the extreme approach of i am better than you....They are still human and just like anyother human out there they make mistakes they are not perfect just forgiven

A Christian is anyone who exemplifies in his or her life the teachings of Christ, and accepts Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, and exercises what they learn In God's Word the Bible into their daily life and live by exercising the fruitage of the Spirit as it says in Galatians Chapter 5, verses 22-26.

Christian
When I say... "I am a Christian"
I'm not shouting "I'm clean livin."
I'm whispering "I was lost,"
Now I'm found and forgiven.
When I say..."I am a Christian"
I don't speak of this with pride.
I'm confessing that I stumble
and need CHRIST to be my guide.
When I say... "I am a Christian"
I'm not trying to be strong.
I'm professing that I'm weak
and need HIS strength to carry on.
When I say... "I am a Christian"
I'm not bragging of success.
I'm admitting I have failed
and need God to clean my mess.
When I say... "I am a Christian"
I'm not claiming to be perfect,
My flaws are far too visible
but, God believes I am worth it.
When I say... "I am a Christian"
I still feel the sting of pain,
I have my share of heartaches
So I call upon His name.
When I say... "I am a Christian"
I'm not holier than thou,
I'm just a simple sinner
who received God's good grace, somehow.

Someone who is saved by grace through faith. A gift from God; NOT of any works we might have done.
God pre-destined and chose us and at the right time drew us and saved us. We repented and were washed by the blood of Christ and made righteous positionally. We are now clothed with the white robe of Christ and the father views us as clean. We have been reconciled with God and adopted into His family as children of God. He has declared us righteous and is sanctifying us and one day will glorify our bodies and enter His presence.
Thank you!! for this question which allowed me to worship in spirit and with truth!

A person who believes that people are innately sinful and can be saved only by the grace of God through his son, Jesus.
Other than that, they're like everone else. They're humans, often in in Europe or the Americas. They live, eat, work, procreate, etc.

Someone who is born again in Christ Jesus- who is dead to sin and alive in Christ! Saved from sin and hell by God's wonderful grace, given the kingdom of Heaven because they have believed in the one and only Savior Jesus Christ, that He is God and that he did die and rose again. They are given a new life in Christ-- born again, renewed, redeemed-- they are justified by His blood and sanctified in His Holy Spirit!
A believer/follower of Christ-- born again in His Spirit-- A Christian! (John 3:3, Romans10, Ephesians 1, Ephesians 2:8)

Christian was originally an insult..."You're like that guy we killed"!
We are proud to be seen as His followers. Until He returns, we are His church ... the "body of Christ" on earth.
Christian means like Christ. Because we're HIS "hand extended" until he returns!
Yes, I am born again. But God loves YOU, even before you are. I enjoy eternal life, positionally, here and now, while I'm still awaiting my inevitable death, in my temporary "mortal" life.
It is awesome to have Him living in your heart, and you living "in Him".
Jesus said "You MUST be born again"
Why wait til you're dead??? Accept eternal life in Him today!
I believe Jesus is THE "Way" to heaven; not "a" way.
