my son needs to know which country these forms of hello come from, ei je, goeiedag, tere, namaste, annyong ha shimnikka, sveiki, sain baina uu, goddag, attaam jirtu, czesc, winchis, merhaba, adaab/salaam, she mae, molo, bawoni, sawubona. for a school project

Merhaba is Arabic.

and I have a feeling that the 'she mae' you listed is actually Welsh, however it's spelt incorrectly. It should be sut mae or shwmae even.

They are not just European languages. Google "hello languages" and you should find the answer. Better still, get your son to do it - it's his homework.
