Not easy unless you fullfill 1 of 2 criteria,
1/ you have enough money to self finance your new life
2/ you have to earn points to enter permenantly,ie language and or skills needed to live there.ie plumber, hairdresser, etc
You could of course attempt to gain entry via a sponsorship from a citizen,

G'day,
First of all, you will need to get residency visa. There are 2 ways to do this:
1. Apply directly thru Australian High Commissions/Embassy nearest to where you live to choose what category of immigration that you want to be. This is the cheaper way but you will need to understand all the requirements and preparations by yourself. A bit difficult if your English is not very good.
2. Apply thru immigration agency. They can make a preliminary assessment of your chance to emigrate to Australia. If you have enough point, then they will help you to prepare the documents and what to do/say during the interview. This of course come at a cost, but for some ppl it is money well spent. Some agents that I know reputable are as follows:
immigration@nevile.com.au
adrian@wklawyers.com.au
Hope this helps. Good luck on your application and welcome to Australia :)

Not as easy as you might think. Marrying into citizenship requires you to prove an ongoing relationship over time. So you need to document everything - especially with photos when you do get together. It can't be just a one visit and then get married. They need proof that it isn't a sham marriage just to get citizenship. It is not that much different than the way the US handles it.
