all you lose is water weight and muscle not fat and slow down your metabolism and then gain it all back as soon as start eating normal again.
A person who made this diet popular - Beyonce for part in "Dreamgirls". Have you seen her now? She has gained back more than she lost which is unavoidable with fad diets.

Bad way of loosing weight quickly. I tried it and I believe afterwords, I developed stretch marks where I lost the weight quickly.

It is not the common lemonade. It is made with different ingredients. Argument is not too strong in that area, however, yes, what you need is a balanced diet and exercise regularly. Most people don't take the time out to have a balanced diet and that is why most people are overweight.

The lemonade diet you are refering to is basically a way of starving yourself and while you might see immediate results, it's good way to deprive your body of essential nutrients and possibly get sick or even die.
