Afghanistanis do not speak Arabic. They have a different language.

The Arabic spoken in Iraq is just called the Iraqi dialect. It is the standard Iraqi dialect which most people in Iraq speak however it's a bit confusing because there are sub-dialects within the Iraqi one. For example, I speak in the Maslawi dialect (I am from Mosul in North Iraq) and also in the South, near the Saudi border they again speak slightly differently from the standard Iraqi dialect (which is spoken in Baghdad for example). We can all understand each other perfectly well, but we do speak differently.
e.g. I told you (directed to a female) is 'Ani giltich' in the standard Iraqi accent.....but in maslawi, it's 'ana qiltulki'

Hope I've helped!
