How long can you keep the bag before it goes bad ?

The second use is going to be weaker, throw it away. This is the sign of being cheap.

you can reuse the bag for a second cup if you make it within a few hours, but definitely not the next day. if you only drink one cup of tea a day, try buying a tea strainer and tea leaves. then you can control how much tea you make.......even if it's only for 1 cup.

Tea, being acidic, should keep a day or so, but if I don't get my second cup in the same day, I toss the bag...
Isn't this where someone should yell at you about not using
loose tea in a strainer ?

If it's within a couple of hours I will reuse the bag. I'm not sure when exactly it goes "bad" though.

I never re-use a tea bag, I think thats gross

I always use it later on two and sometimes even three times. You don't die.
