archaeological sites where coastal people lived 10,000 years ago are now 300 feet under water. although the rise in sea level has slowed down a great deal in the last4 to 5 thousand years when the last of the great sheets melted it still continues rise. keep in mind that the poles have been ice free at various times in the geological past, it may happen again this time.eventually.
on a personal note, when I was a child armadillos were native to Arkansas now 50 years later they are found in central Missouri 200 miles north. the ground used to be frozen solid by Nov. 10 so you could drive on it to harvest crops, now only the top inch or so freezes in december& you need a 4 wheel drive all winter. the truth is the weather has never been the same & never will be.

Well, #1 The North Pole is a Pool (Well, getting there I think it melts about 1/4 of a mile per day i'm not sure about the real number cause 1 person says somthing the the next says somthing different.
#2 It's getting hotter and hotter on average at least in america around this time it stays on average 80 to 90 degrees (F). This year we had 5 over 100 days in row not to mention very little rain it said on the news were about 4 in. of rain short.
#3 Storms seem to be getting more servere every year and more of them, the only thing about this is that it creates kind of a equilibrium where if one side of the world has more servere storms the other seems to be more calm then normal.

the "ice caps" near Mars's south pole have been diminishing for three summers in a row.
Mars is also enjoying more mild and balmy temperatures.
OOPS! where you talking about global warming only on earth?

Please let me know when you find 2 or 3 things.
Several sources show Antarctica is not losing ice.
The Journal of Climate reports, "Glaciers are growing in the Himalayan Mountains"
The Journal of Glaciology reports that the Greenland ice sheet has show a small gain in overall mass.
New Scientist reports that deserts are in retreat.
I guess Algore and his minions ought to do a little more reading before making all of their spectacular claims. Since the ice isn't melting, maybe that is why Algore had to show animated polar bears drowning instead of real ones. How inconvenient!

How do we know this isn't a natural phenomenon which would have happened anyway. I;m always suspicious when a lot of people are making a lot of money from scaremongering like this
