It's disrespectful and cheating. Just because he is not actually doing her, the desire to want to and discuss it is just as bad as if he was there doing those things with her. Let him go and have her and get someone who respects you.

Cut the phone off and leave him the phone. And while your at it leave him too. Its hard to leave a relationship for that long but if he is not into you physically or mentally then I'm sure he is gay. LEAVE HIM. Any one that has not moved on from his ex girlfriend is probably still in love with her and maybe sneaking around your back for all you know. Its time to let go. Get a hobby to get over him because i know that it might be difficult for you.

That is just as bad as cheating. What a pig. Do you deserve a guy like that? Is he the best you can do? Do you deserve a guy who only wants to be with YOU? Respect yourself enough to drop this guy and find a good one. Yes it's hard, yes it's painful...those things will pass. The suffering he puts you through may never.

Break up with him. I saw signs of cheating from my boyfriend of 2 years throughout our relationship, but there was never enough evidence for me to be sure.
Well, last night when I came home late from work, I got my evidence. He sent some text messages to a girl about having sex with her (graphic) and that he'd see her Friday night.
I woke him up and broke up with him.
I feel awkward. I only cried for about 5 minutes total so far, if that. I hope I'll be okay.

You should probably leave him. Although I think phone sex is really hot and a great turn on, he's doing it with someone else and that's just wrong.
Call this relationship over and get a new phone friend!

Cut his connection off, or at least threaten to do so. Seriously you need to put an end to that nonsense quickly. That is very low on his part and he either apoligizes and makes things right or kick him to the curb cause you deserve better.

That's sick of him to do that to you. That's cheating. He's having an emotional and physical connection with someone other than you. Besides, it's his ex girlfriend. He's obviously got some feelings for her that he hasn't sorted out yet. I'm sorry that he is doing this to you. Leave the jerk. You deserve so much better.

phone sex? That is silly. Why would someone have phone sex, when you (a real physical person) are there, he seems silly. I would tell him how you feel. If yall been together for over a year you should feel comfortable enough to tell him.

Don't take that kind of crap. Tell it to him straight about how you feel or dump him. He can't get over some pathetic crush for someone like you then I don't think you two should be together.
(Follow up) I say go with everyone else here and dump his sorry @ss!
