I saw them in a magazine and cant remember the company to look them up. It is aband that opens and displays a personal message or names. Anyone know a company that makes these?

I'm not sure what you mean about the band that opens, I have never seen a wedding band that is anything other than that.
I would suggest either contacting the magazine or buying another copy of the magazine and seeing if you can find it.
Also you may want to search for customer wedding bands or engraved wedding bands, there are a ton of sites out there.
