No. Like Adolph Hitler, Freddy's decisions were his own. You can't blame Hitler's mother for the Holocaust, and you can't blame Sr Helena for Freddy's actions.

When someone steps in and prevents an abortion, they should be held responsible for the welfare of the child. This involves the nurture and education and support.
Once the child becomes an adult, though, that responsibility lies with them. Our parents are not accountable for our actions after we reach adulthood.
