You should take him to your local welfare office. You can request for a social worker who would help him with treatment, meds, housing, and other needs. Some clinics also offer these things. In Missouri, there's a BJC Mental health. Not that your brother has a mental problem, but any depression he has from his illness could qualify him for many other things. Also try the Cancer foundation or Red Cross. Also prayer is known to work miracles. If you have a local church, see if they can pray, and help with other needs. Best wishes

Sorry to hear this. First of all have lot of faith. Faith can due many wonderful things. My mom was diagnosed with liver and bone cancer and she's doing great!. Keep a positive mind, give you brother all the support he needs, and treat him as he is not sick. Pretend his illness is something in the past.Trust me it works. Also, there should be a cancer center in your area that can cover for all the treatments he needs. Hope this helps and Always remember miracles do happen.

I've heard of people who have been told that they have 6 months left and live longer! All he needs to do is have faith and want to live =)

Call the county health department and ask to be pointed in the right direction. There is help for the homeless in most areas.

Care at hospice facilities is free. Social Security may offer some help, but it's gonna be tough. Social Services in your city or county would be the first place I would contact.

I don't know where you live but in England he can get help and be placed in a hospice where they will look after him for the rest of his days. Why can he not live with you?. Surely there must be family members who can help. If they are not aware of his plight tell them and ask for help. There's no shame in it, in fact they should be glad and willing to help. Best wishes. I hope the remainder of his life is peaceful.
