i want to workout now (treadmill) but i drink a bottle of cola (1,5 lt.)

I wouldn't recommend it. You might get a stomach ache after running on the treadmill. Give yourself at least 1 hr. then workout. When you eat something you should also wait at least 2 hrs. to workout.

Logic in exercising is providing you body the nutrients for safety and health. Soda is NOT one of those. Your body needs fluid called H2O. Sugar puts too much stress on the internal organs. Try no soda for 30 minutes before or after exercising.

durrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr, its never good to work out right after you drink pop because of the electrolytes.
