Only if you don't settle the account and it goes to collection.

Of course, you will get all those nasty NSF fees.

As long as you pay the amount overdrawn in a certain amount of time, you will not hurt your credit. My particular bank, allows 30 days to get the balance of the account in the positive before closing the account and starting the collection process. If you're account is closed due to a negative balance, it will be sent to collections which will hurt your credit.
I would suggest calling your bank to find out what their overdraft policies are.

no. the only way it could potentially is if you do not repay the overdraft amount and the bank eventually sends it off toa collectino agency and you still never pay it. this would take a long time to go through this process.
