No, it will not affect your credit score through Transunion, Equifax and Experian. However, if your bank utilizes Chexsystems, it will affect what is reporting for you there. Also, anytime you are in the process of doing a mortgage loan application, on loan programs that require bank statements, if there are overdraft charges appearing...the underwriter will consider each overdraft as a 30 day late on their risk analysis.

No, it would only affect your credit report if you didn't settle the account and it went to collections.
Too many overdraws could result in the bank closing your account and reporting you to Chexsystem. Then you wouln't be able to get another bank account.

Bank accounts are shown on credit scores. Banks that are lenders and if you have a loan with a bank, the loan will affect your bank account, however, having a checking and saving account does not reflect your credit rating.
