Of course, there is some dispute about the translations of some of those words. Paul does not use the actual term for 'homosexual' of his time, but seems to make up a word that is interpreted to mean much the same thing. And what is often translated as 'male prostitutes' is a word that seems to be made up by Paul. And, as you point out, this is from Paul, not Jesus, so it could be argued to just be Paul's opinion... but then you have to accept that parts of the Bible are not divinely inspired, which is tough for some folk.

Clean and unclean was from the Old Testament and was done as part of the ceremonial law - to teach Israel. In the New Testament, the apostle Peter was instructed that it is not what goes into a body that defiles them (Acts 10).
