At this point, you don't know what those 15 messages they went back and forth was about since he deleted it but you saw it on your bill. It was a night he had a little party. So basically 15 messages from 11:35pm to 3:18am followed by a 2 minute call from the other party at 3:19am.
You are not in town with the bf/gf.
Also, you caught your partner joking around with this same Person once saying "hey may be we should try those kama sutra positons LOL" when you were checking their phone (you weren't together however at this point) but he/she was trying to get back with you.

Its all wrong period the relationship obviously isnt an innocent friendship and you need to have a sit down and tell hi tactfully how you feel about this. It sounds like he is keeping someone on the back burner in case you two dont work out and if he isnt sure about you two then something has to be done to either fix that and he needs to cut ties with this oerson or the two of you will end up going your separate ways.

YES IT IS WRONG. Please don't sit and try to make excuses for him. There's no reason for your boyfriend to be talking to another girl at 3 something in the morning and the texting? no, that's just wrong. And the "joking" around....it sounds like u have a cheater on your hands. That's way out of line to joke with a female friend like that. If it was you, then fine but someone else? NO....
