Exfoliate is just a fancy word to buff away your dead skin cells. Our skin cells constantly renew themselves, so to keep them looking fresh and renewed you should exfoliate atleast once a week. A great product for new exfoliators is Queen Helene Oatmeal & Honey Scrub. It smells yummy, plus it's all natural which will give you the best results. It's also great for clearing up acne, pimples & blackheads.

Each spray-tanner has it's own rules. Choose one, then follow the rules on the label!

Exfoliation in cosmetology is a cosmetic technique aimed at improving skin's appearance by removing dead skin cells from the surface of the skin. Removing excess dead skin cells can reveal the younger and healthier-looking skin underneath. there are two types of exfoliation, one is Mechanical(Mechanical exfoliants include micro-bead facial scrubs, crushed almond shells, sugar or salt crystals, pumice, and abrasive cloths. These facial scrubs are generally available in over-the-counter products and applied by the user.) and the other is Chemical(Chemical exfoliants include scrubs containing salicylic acid, glycolic acid, fruit enzymes, citric acid, or malic acid which may be applied in high concentrations by a dermatologist, or in lower concentrations in over-the-counter products.) Exfoliation is also designed to aid rejuvenation of the skin and prevent undesirable conditions such as acne scarring or ingrown hairs. The term is commonly used as a part of the day-to-day skin care routine. The cosmetic procedures dermabrasion and microdermabrasion are both extreme cases of exfoliation where the surface layer of skin is removed as if by sanding. It is important to only exfoliate skin twice a week, unless it is a daily exfoliator. Be gentle with the skin, do not press down hard, lightly stroke it across the face. Use a gentle exfoliation with smaller grains to prevent irritation, never exfoliate straight after shaving, however it is benefical to exfoliate the beard to prevent in-grown hairs and it also lifts the beards up, providing a closer shave.

Exfoliate basically means to take off some skin. You can do it with a cleanser that is called an Exfoliator. You should only do it 2-3 times a week. It can aggravate your skin.
It has a consistency of sand and water. (mud) I find that my skin is smoother, softer, and gives a sort of glow.

I don't know the answers to your other questions.

Exfoliate means to scrub your body- not remove the hair. You can buy a scrub or you can make your own. Salt, sugar, and crushed shells (like walnut) are some of the things in most scrubs. You can buy a loofah also and then just put body wash on is, lather it up and then scrub your body with it from head to toe. Make sure you get the tops of your feet, your hands and also your chest, that's where aging shows the most and that's where exfoliating the skin from an early age helps. Good luck!!

Exfoliating is to slough off the dead skin cells you have on your body. Your cells are always rejuvenating and when you exfoliate you scrub them off and make way for the new ones. It is best to exfoliate before you spray tan because it will stay longer on 'fresh' skin.
You can get a sugar scrub at any Wal-Mart/Target and use to exfoliate.

Exfoliate is to remove dead skin. The reason you do that is that the spray tan only stains the outer layer of your skin and as your skin cells naturally shed you will start to look a little patchy. In order to avoid that patchy look as much as possible, you must scrub off all of your dead skin so that the "tan" is on your newer skin that's not ready to shed yet. After you exfoliate, you should then moisturize all over.

Once you actually get sprayed, the color will develop over the next several hours. It will look scary at first because it gets really dark and you might think "I need to wash it off now instead of when they told me to because it's getting too dark!" but you have to wait the full time they say (usually a day before showering) and then it will look normal once you shower

Exfoliate is to remove dead skin cells to encourage new growth. there are several exfoliating scrubs on the market. Pick one that is gentle. To exfoliate you should rub the scrub upward on your face--don't be too aggressive. You should follow up with a cell turnover product, and always moisturize afterward.

Exfoliate means to remove dead skin and skuff. I notice you said you have pimples, try eating healtier, lots of water and wash your face with your flat hand. Put soap on you hands, wash your face and rinse.
