i get this excactly the same. I cant get out of bed in the morning (no matter how much sleep i had), but i can stay awake for 2 or 3 days at a time without being tired. I think some people are morning people and some people are night people an thats all there is to it.

It is probably because you use most of that energy at night and it takes you a long time to refurbish it. In the morning, you haven't gotten it back yet. You may need to take better care of yourself. Are you eating a good diet and drinking 6 to 8 glasses of water a day?

Try changing you sleep habits. Going to sleep earlier and getting the recommended amount of sleep (8-10 hours) is ideal for anyone who is lacking energy. Napping hurts your sleep cycle (as well as your memory I am told by a friend) so try to avoid it if possible. Try eating a good breakfast, getting all your vitamins, and a hot shower in the morning as well. Also, exercise increases metabolism, so try exercising in the morning or whenever you get a chance to, and you will begin noticing yourself full of energy all day in a matter of weeks.

Thank You for Your Question

I think that's attached to a form of psychological situation enthusiasm. In other words, in the evening you're at home and happy so you don't feel tired as you're doing what you want to do, as when during the day you're working/studying you really don't want to be doing it so you feel more lethargic than you usually would. Tis all about enthusiasm! Same goes for getting out of bed in the morning *yawn*

Are you balancing out your meals properly or are you grazing through the day and eating a full meal on an evening? This could be a big factor or perhaps you're just a night owl?

Sorry, I don't know the answer, but I know the feeling so well.
4 in the afternoon, I'm nodding off on my feet, midnight, 'ting' wide awake! Can be proper annoying if you have to be up early, but I've got a job with shifts so not so bad.

Your body's clock is backwards. Your Dr. can prescribe a sleep med to put you back on track. I don't recommend Ambien. Try trazodone. You will fall asleep at night and wake up refreshed.
