People can't help but be in poverty and poverty is not wrong Jesus himself lived in Poverty.

Why don't you take this question to a poor part of the city or a poor country and tell them they should be richer, they will probably tell you they are Rich in Christ.

Will you be the one to give them the money so they can no longer be poor and offencive to you?

Godliness is no guarantee of wealth or prosperity. Many false teachers and so called preachers are teaching that if a person is a Christian, they will get all kinds of money, or whatever.
I guess the more you get, the more blessed you are supposed to be.
It's all hogwash.
Wealth, income, material possessions, all these are NOT indicators of whether or not one is accepted by God.
This is the sad part- the idea is that those that gather much will have nothing left over, and those that gather little would have no lack. This is not being done in the Body of believers. People get and keep for themselves, they are not taking care of others as it has been written that we should.
It is a pet peeve of mine, to see whole churches going under for financial problems, but their brothers in the church down the road are building a new gymnasium, youth center, soccer field, whatever, I've seen alot. Yes! Build all kinds of things, but don't feed the poor, don't shelter the homeless, don't do the very things God would have us do.
It burns me up.
Jesus Himself said, "For ye have the poor always with you:"
in Matthew 26:11.
Please read 2 Corinthians 8:14 and 15. This talks about the sharing I mentioned above. While it was directed to the Corinthians, should it not also be done by us all?

Being happy from the inside out is far better than from the outside in.

The world of money is pretty simple.
Its a world not really tangible to the spiritual
aspects in any way, you cant take it with you and it definetely wont buy you a spot in heaven.
Being wealthy can be done by any religious group and is no way to measure a persons goodness or badness because hardtimes hit everybody.
Anyone can lose it faster than they got it.

The whole idea of just spiritual people are poor as in money is a facade and your
terribly mistaken, or misdirected, because money to some is a tool, not happiness.

And the Blessings of the Lord maketh rich and add no sorrow. Prov. 10:22

Christian were taught back in the day that they shouldn't invest in material things. It's a poverty state of mind.

GOD BLESS

i often wonder the same thing. i see wicked people 'seeming' to prosper in all their ways, and then my fam and i having to work hard for every increase. I will say this, prosperity is more than just money. we are so rich in other areas. happy, content, obedient kids, great health, great peace and joy... sinners don't have that at least not all of it. no poverty is not wrong, we will always have the poor. our riches are in heaven

not gonna lie though, my fave scripture is, the wealth of the wicked is stored up for the righteous, so maybe one day, that will be released on me:) LOL

I was born into poverty,I lived my entire life struggling,it was hard when the kids were small, but God never let them go hungry. Is poverty the worst thing you can imagine? I would
love to afford a car and many other things, yet I have heaven waiting for me, and I do not suffer cancer,I am not in a war,I
have much to thank God for.

What a Blessed question you have posed. I see the physique of Christ as a spiritual physique of Bleievers contained in the interest working in unison for God's Will. in spite of the actuality that in the time of that Divine state i must be a spleen, i'm humbled to be in Christ.

You can be rich in other ways not just financial.. but i think it comes with educating the Christians (e. balancing a check book, billed your credit score, advancement in your career: not just settling for where you have always been)

"My People perish for lack of knowledge". Or at least understanding. God gives a LOT of financial advice in the Bible. Unfortunately, not very many people notice, or pay attention to it.

God's blessings are not limited to financial prosperity. Some of God's richest blessings are spiritual.
