The only way that you will know God's true church, his true gospel, is through prayer. Ask God with real intent, believing that you will receive an answer and he will manifest it unto you. Not throught words but through signs. After you prayer, follow your mind and your heart, keep your eyes open and you will find the answer. No matter what church you join there will always be people who judge you, that doesn't mean they are hypocrites, it just means that they have not overcome that weakness. That doesn't mean the church doesn't accept you but people make up the church. You go to church for you, not for acceptance. Accept others first then they will accept you. You can't join a religion with the mentality or what are they going to think of me. Who Cares!!! They're not living your life, you are! They're not going to save you. You have to save yourself by doing what is required of you and you will know when you pray to God and ask. Whatever you ask of God he will give you if it is for your eternal good.

Do you really want to attend a church which "accepts all the walk of lives"?

I would not.

I would want to attend a church where the Pastor preaches the truth even if that meant stepping on my toes.

I would want to hear someone tell me what God's Word says about my life and how to have meaningful relationship with God.

I would not want to attend a church where the Pastor told me what I wanted to hear.

2 Timothy 4:3
For the time will come when men will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear.

In my opinion, preachers like Joel Osteen and Robert Schuller are what that verse is talking about.

Now on the other hand I would not want to attend a church where teenagers are told they can't come to church in blue jeans or bell bottomed trousers.

As long as we are dressed modestly God really doesn't care much about how we dress.

In my opinion the denominations already mentioned, which many consider to be false cults, are among the worst denominations around.

If you are truly a person who accepts all, then the church of SELF would be appropriate for you.God is everywhere right. Why do people insist that they need to join some organization or come together in a building with a pointy roof in order to be spiritual, anyway? If you can't worship outside the public eye I think you have problems. Is it the need to be SEEN as holy by others?

If you're talking Churches, none. UU isn't a Church, it's a gathering place for spiritual discussion. Something you need to understand about Church and religious buildings in general. They are built and visited by society, society that decides whom to reject and whom to neglect. Unfortnately, I know of no society that is wholly accpeting of any group but their own. It doesn't matter what the faith is either since faith is taught through interpretations from the very upbringing of that flow of thought from the society. The religious message thusly gets muddled and distorted (and I dare say from the moment they were written). For instance, President Bush tries to get Americans to believe that God is on our side for war, whereas Al-Queda believes God is on their side of the war. Two different societies, same God, different interpretations. My answer is more of a question, why do you need a Church to worship other than for social acceptance among peers? You shouldn't need a gathering place to stroke your own ego to ensure you have the right faith ideals.

I'm a United Methodist and they are on the left of moderate (to put it in US political terms). The only other "main stream" church that may be even more liberal would be the United Church of Christ. Beyond that, you're talking Unitarian/Universalist.

Good luck

any Christian church that truly lives out the verse
"Love the Lord your God with all you mind, heart, soul and strength, and love your neighbor as yourself. There is no denomination that may do this better than any other. If you ask God to send you to a church like this, He will do it.

It's not about finding a church that accepts one's way of life, it's about finding one's way of life to fit the Church.

Catholicism.

The important thing is that the church holds to scripture and Jesus Christ. A church should accept all people but it shouldn't accept all "walks of life" if those walks are contrary to Gods law. Example: We should welcome gays into our churches but we should never condone Homosexuality. We must make it clear that it is a sin and will send a person to hell.

The Church of the Flying Spaghetti Monster.

You get to dress up like a pirate for services, and the afterlife features beer volcanoes and a stripper factory!
