I've noticed that for the past 2 days my equilibrium seems off. I feel like I can't walk straight and I can feel myself leaning more towards the right. I also noticed that I sort of get my feet crossed lately when I'm walking too. I'm on Zoloft - is this a side effect? I was also bitten by a mosquito - is this a West Nile symptom? Any guidance would be appreciated. I am going to see my doctor on the 17th of September and I'm wondering if these symptoms could be put off until then or is this something more serious. I'm 30 years old, female, normal height/weight, no major surgeries or health issues. Thanks.

It kind of sounds like vertigo. I have it, and it sucks. You can take motion sickness meds, but I don't like them. It has to do with your inner ear.

This needs medical attention. It sounds like it's an inner ear of neural problem. He refuses to see a medical professional, but it sounds like he needs one badly.

It may be an ear infection, I'd get in sooner if possible

Call your doctor.

Or just sit down.
