God is the one that is purely holy- however as a Christian, God sees us as holy, through the shed blood of Christ. May I say this though, that does not mean that we are perfect. We still can sin. What holy really means is "being set apart". So to me and I believe to God a "holy" person is one that has been set apart by God to live for Him.

Hard to answer that question. Holy depends on your religion and their points of view of what Holy means.

I'm an atheist - so nobody- but if i was a believer I would say God- nobody is holy. They are just lay people in costumes that spout literature- that doesn't make much sense most of the time. For anybody to deem them self holy would be egotistical and unhealthy.

A person who leads a heroic life in the Faith, who behaves exactly as Christ would have them behave, and perhaps has a miracle associated with them. We call them "Saints".
If I had to name a living holy person, I'd say Mother Angelica.
To "lztexan" : I have a feeling the Pope is holier than you are: Has he insulted you lately the way you insult him?

The word 'holy' refers to being set apart due to purity.
However, you ask 'what' would I class as a holy person.
That's difficult to answer on so many levels.

Its a practice of being true to your religion through a symbolic ritual of marriage to your beliefs.
For example, monks or nuns are considered holy.

One who's life reflects Christ. The way to truly tell is how they react to trouble.
Many of us are apt to act good when everything is going well. Watch what happens to the ones you think are holy when troubles come.
