I try to avoid eating while driving, although I have been guilty of this a few times in the past when I was in a real rush. I do frequently have a soda or a milkshake or something while I am driving, though. I don't view drinks to be so much of a distraction.

Generally no, but I some times drink a soda in the car- just a little at each red light.

I drink from soda cans/bottles, or a mug of coffee, but i don't eat while i drive, because its too distracting and i usually end up wearing most of what i'm trying to eat.

Drinking (water, tea, etc.), yes.
Eating, no. Eating is too distracting from the road - taking a drink out of a water bottle can be done without taking your eyes off the road.

No eating or drinking (except water) in my car. It's a fairly new car and I want to keep it as clean as possible.
